Return Window
• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and 
unwashed.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
• Items purchased on "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
• Gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@eclecticstylesfashion.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
