Eclectic Styles Fashion founded by Everton Blake, Chief Executive Officer, whose leadership is deeply rooted in a generational appreciation for the garment industry. Inspired by his mother’s experience owning and operating a brick-and-mortar fashion business, Everton’s early exposure to retail shaped his understanding of customer trust, integrity, and relationship-driven commerce. While pursuing aviation studies, he continued observing retail environments, studying how authenticity, invitation, and customer psychology influence purchasing behavior. His guiding philosophy — “no pressure, only discovery” — remains embedded in the brand’s customer experience strategy.

Strategic planning for Eclectic Styles Fashion began in November 2025 with a clear vision: to build a modern luxury brand that honors traditional retail values while integrating digital intelligence, automation, and data-driven growth.

Our leadership team combines operational precision, digital innovation, and creative execution:

Margaux Velarde serves as Operations Manager and plays a central leadership role in day-to-day strategy execution. She oversees workflow systems, media buying, Shopify management (both front-end and back-end), performance tracking, and team coordination. Margaux also evaluates and implements business-growth tools and applications, ensuring the company leverages technology strategically and efficiently.

Jennifer Fernandez, Assistant Manager, supports operational alignment and supplier relations. She currently leads supplier communications, negotiates sourcing agreements, evaluates product quality, and manages coordination with fulfillment and delivery partners including FedEx, AliExpress, and Alibaba suppliers. Her role ensures supply chain integrity and product standards remain aligned with our brand identity.

Joshua Pangilinan, Chief Digital and Product Researcher, leads product intelligence and data-driven research. He supports product selection, backend Shopify implementation, and digital asset development, including AI-assisted image and video generation to strengthen visual storytelling and conversion optimization.

Samantha Villapana, Chief Digital and Product Lister contribute to digital execution and product implementation, assisting with product listings, backend systems, and ensuring seamless integration between operations and digital presentation.

Kasandra Chia Kim leads Social Media Management across all platforms. She manages analytics, graphic design, content planning, and performance evaluation to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and measurable engagement growth.

Our collaborations were formed intentionally — bringing together individuals with complementary strengths in operations, supplier management, digital technology, AI integration, analytics, and creative direction. Each team member contributes specialized expertise while working within a unified strategic framework.
